Everyone is entitled to a good nights rest and good customer services

The WORST customer service I have experience in my live and then not even to talk about the product. Me and my husband bought a Bamboo Cloud from your warehouse with the biggest promises and greatest review from the retailer. This couldn't be the more opposite of what we have experience this far!! Every time me or my husbands turns during the night it squeaks so bad it sounds like the bed is literally falling apart! so a good night sleep is not part of our lifestyle currently even though promised by bamboo beds. I tried to email them to try and find a middle way, but got no reaction, and to me that is just bad business and people s****s. I will NEVER recommend this product to anyone!
