Bamboo rebuilt mattress

I bought a queen size bed in March 2020, with a high posture and the bed being comfortable. A month later the bed started to sag, the mattress itself and underneath the base. It feels like the bed was previously used and the mattress were rebuild because I can feel the springs when I am in the bed. On the side the springs are just covered with one layer of thin material.
