Missing parts.

I bought a Oregano high chair. It had two right hand connections, so went back to Baby City and swapped out the connections. When i returned home I thought could finally put the chair together. Nope. It was now missing the legs of the chair. The box was sealed when I bought it from Baby City, so I assume the problem lies with Bambino. I will ask for a full refund and buy a better brand such as Joie. I think the packaging department must have been drunk.
