Injured child

On May 20th we purchased a Quattro tour pram from Baby Boutique, the very next day the wheels came off at the airport, I had these repaired,2 days later the front tray broke and my baby fell out,hit his face and we suspect his nose is broken! Graco and Bambino say that they stand by their products! I beg to differ as I am getting absolutely no assistance from either Marc,Pinky or the store in which I purchased it. My advice to everyone is do not buy anything Graco!! Stick with a brand in which your baby will be safe!! The owner of Graco is the same arrogant man Papa that owns Baby city so members of the public watch out, they sell duds!
