Horrific products and customer service

Bambino has the worst customers service and return policy. We bought a faulty camp cot and decided to try put it up before leaving for our holiday (thank goodness we did) because it was faulty and the sides were broken. I took it back to Baby City whose staff all tried to put it up and said it was faulty. Instead of replacing it with a new one, Bambino said it has to be returned to them and checked and then we will be advised the way forward. ***?! We are going away now not whenever they decide to get back to us. The worst service from both Baby City and Bambino. I will never support the brand and best you believe I’m letting every mom and mom to be know about the poor product quality and service.
