Poor quality and support
I have had a bad experience with this company. I ordered a Montessori Kids Bed for my toddler. The lead times are long (8 weeks), they recommended someone to build/assemble. First, the mattress did not arrive with my order even though I had paid for it and waited 8 weeks for order arrival. I had to go out and buy a seperate mattress. In addition, after assembly I notice a giant Crack in the frame which speaks to the workmanship and quality of the product if it can break before use. The company accept no responsibility. I now unfortunately have a bed frame that I paid for and cannot use, with no support from the company
