Horrible doctors

The doctor, specifically Dr L Joubert isn’t warm. He is not explaining diagnosis’s thoroughly. He just sent me to xrays and didn’t even spend time making me understand what’s wrong with my Spine, the only thing he said is “its just flatten” and he stopped there. I had to ask myself what’s the next step and he just said go to physio.. he is not helpful, doesn’t have care and no warmth. I would not recommend the medical center.
