Worst family restaurant experience

1. There were so many flies, I had to literally and constantly defend my food.

2.The staff did not give my children space to play freely ,even though I supervised them personally.

3.The staff in red shirts need more training in ettiquette and how to speak to customers.

4.The atmosphere was extremely tense everytime I took my children to play on any facilities .We felt very unwelcome by the white guests.

5.My son screamed as he was extremely uncomfortable due to the very unwelcoming atmosphere. We had already ordered food and could not just leave due to this.

6. The security at door demanded my childrens names before entry , which I believe is a violation of their privacy as children.

7.It was extremely hot in the, indoor play areas but no aircondintioning.

8.I have taken my children to numerous ,very prestigious family restaurant facilities.Never have I experienced something like this.
