Misrepresented Product and Poor Customer Support

We ordered two bedside tables — one arrived brand new, while the other was clearly a demo product. We requested an exchange for a new item, only to later discover that the same demo product had been returned to us, disguised as new.

When we raised the issue again, we were told to clean the item ourselves, as they insisted it was new. This has been by far the worst customer experience we’ve encountered. Instead of believing the customer and making amends, we had to gather evidence to prove the issue.

They eventually admitted that they had no new stock available and would not be producing more. Please be cautious when purchasing from them — they are willing to mislead and manipulate customers just to make a sale. Their customer representative is slow to respond and does not offer any solutions on a way forward. Very disappointed with BAM!
