We bought our property before it was built in Dec 2021. A month before move-in we were told that our 2nd shower was now a bath, and that we had agreed to any NECESSARY changes and IMPROVEMENTS when we signed the paperwork. The NECESARRY IMPROVEMENT is so small that NO AVERAGE HUMAN would EVER be able to take a bath. NOT ONLY THAT, the tap on the side of the bath is PURELY FOR AESTHETIC reasons AND DOESN'T ACTUALLY WORK AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO FILL THE BATH, IT NEEDS TO BE DONE VIA THE OVERHEAD SHOWER
