Will I ever get my deposit?

To say I am disgusted would be lighthearted. I vacated the Balwin Greenpark Lifestyle Estate on the 31st of March. Please can you explain why I have not received by refund to date? This is even after a dispute of a cleaning matter which they mishandled on their end and blame me for their service provider's incompetence. Even after I had informed them to keep the service charge because frankly, confrontations of integrity is a battle I would not like to participate in.

My real question however, is why I have not been refunded even while their contract states the SLA, which they are in bridge of! The rebuttal is that it is working days, then state that!

They even tend to use the rental deposit to fix wear and tear caused by their subpar building materials, and replace them at a higher cost for the tenant. This is ofcause a great business tactic, isn't it.

The service received from their client liaisons is even more appalling! Please conduct some customer care service training for the same.

Ow, and please advise when I can expect my deposit?
