VERY POOR SERVICES FROM BALWIN
I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM THEM. IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY GIVE YOU A DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. THEY CONSTANTLY SWITCH OUR POWER OFF DUE TO PAYMENTS. I AM OPEN A ******** CASE AGAINST BALWIN. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

As a starting point, the metering system is a prepaid metering system.
If you do not load sufficient units for your electrical use the electricity will go off.
We do not have the legal right to disconnect utilities.
