Very dissatisfied home owner

Unfortunately I made not once but twice the decision to buy a Balwin property. You get sold on the showroom unit! New unit and main bathroom window can't close from the beginning. Fixing it afterwards, breaking out and recealing everything. (useless why handover a property in that state). After 6 months of living in unit, unit above had such a leak my bathroom and 2nd bedroom was damaged. Having a braai installed (not cheap with heat protected plate and could only use charcoal, I was forced to remove, while other people have braai's with flames mile high against the so called walls that's not heat protected. Being a cat friendly estate, you are nog allowed to have pet furniture with scratching post on stoep.! Very neat and well made. However certain rules only applies to certain residents... Not to mention Netvendor, *********** electricity and water, worst system ever? Please do not invest in Baldwin. Worst decision ever. Wish I read reviews before purchases.
