Unsaved property

I urgently warn future buyers to not buy any of Balwin property. My wife and myself own a.1bedroom flat at.the reed in linbropark park our flat was broken into by ******* and all our appliances was ****** , our TV and laptops. Balwin security in front did not follow proper protocol. As a.result the ******* enter the front security gate and had alot time to come and view the show room units and break into our flat and my next door neighbour unit as well. Ever since then we don't sleep in peace at night or day living there. Balwin uses prepaid electricity which operates through iSmart app, whenever we fill 100 to 200 credit the billing goes out incorrectly and eats all our money and credits up.which costs about over 1000 of usage in a month which normally you would pay for a.3 bedroom townhouse.
