A Disrespectful and Unprofessional Safety Management Team.

I am very disappointed on how I was treated by Balwin Safety Management Team. Working in the Civil and Engineering industry for over 30 years,I have never met an unprofessional,unmannerly,and disrespectful Management Team that don't know how to communicate effectively with their staff and that cannot treat their staff with dignity and with respect. They always plot and device strategies on how to get rid of people who they don't like. As one who respected and represented Balwin Properties before, I can say I was well respected by all of Senior Management and Contractors in the Company. I am not a disgruntle person to this effect. I am very happy and full of life and enjoy new Business Challenges that are coming into my Business. I am just pointing out what type of Safety management team Balwin Properties have. I am not the only person that express this feeling. They treat their Contractors like ****. This have to change.... Balwin Senior management must take serious note on how their Safety Dept.Management behaves and treat their contractors and others. I would of loved to continue working for my Clients (Contractors) on the Balwin Properties,but the Safety management team had plotted and device strategy to get me out. I was ****** of that opportunity. That's the cunning type the Safety Management Team Balwin has. I hope that one of Balwin Senior Management read this. Thank you for reading.
