********* Treatment of Buyers - Stay Away

I want to make this known again, especially for new home buyers. Balwin Properties (Paardevlei) follows a process where they ask you to pay a deposit, sign an agreement (which includes a suspensive condition), and complete your income and expenditure profile on their site. However, they fail to inform you how the process works. Once they receive approval from a bank, you are not allowed to cancel or reject it, no matter the cost or period in which they apply (even if it's for 30 years). This means they can get approval and people cornered. Unfortunately, they withheld my deposit of R20 000.00 due to this. So, I would like everyone to be careful when dealing with them.
