Theft of items at The Reid

I have had a terrible experience with essential goods that were delivered to The Reid, being ****** from me. I would not normally take this public but I have tried to get assistance on the matter with no response. I had two parcels of essential goods delivered to The Reid on Tuesday at 11h51. These goods were **********ly signed for in my name, which you can clearly see is not me as my name is spelt incorrectly. The courier company left these parcels with security while I was not at home, and when I went to collect them, they were gone. I have been to ask each set of security every day since Tuesday and nobody has seen these parcels. What kind of measure does the Estate have to protect their residents? I have been in contact with a lawyer to understand the legalities around this, but would like a response before I take further action.
