The WORST form of customer service!

I have never in my life been treated as poorly as i have by the Sales Executive at your Malakite Development. I was genuinely interested in purchasing an apartment (which i still am) and was in the process of signing a contract, and when i asked for some more explanation regarding the occupation rental sales agreement the lady has told me to either sign or leave the property because she has no trouble getting other clients. I have asked the lady to please calm own and explain to me better what that particular clause in the contract stipulates, this is when she has called the security on me and my family, has falsely accused us of shouting at her, she has also in this time called her husband who later came charging at us with an aggressive body language, in utter shock we ran to the car and have left the scene to avoid any further problems. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she was unwell, but in my opinion a sales person is there to explain, and to make us as potential buyers as comfortable possible and also to clarify everything that's unclear and most definitely not threaten and chase the customers away. I sincerely ask the top management to please investigate this matter, go through the cameras (if there were any) or at the very least ask the security if he saw anything that was done wrong from our side to deserve such form of treatment, this is no way to treat your potential clients.
