The Reid and Balwincant supply basic necessities

Good day. We currently reside and own a property within the Redid estate in Linbro park, for the last four years. Within the last four years, we have had so many power outages, that we wont have enough hands, feet and toes, to recall all the power outages. We have requested Balwin to grant us permission to install an inverter within our unit, connected to the DB, as this by law and standards, is the safest option. As the inside of our unit is not communal property, by law we dont have to have Balwins permission, but we believe to do things the right way. Up until today, Balwin has refused to grant us this permission. So it seems that Balwin does not care that we work from home, have to throw away food every month due to the refrigerators not working, and our electrical components within the unit gets damaged. Balwin, all we asking is for approval to install, on our own cost, something that you are supposed to supply us. If we do not get an approval by close of business today, we will contact the Ombudsman, Carte Blanch(as our family works for DSTV) and the local newspaper, explaining from an owners perspective, exactly what is going on in the Reid.
