The Polofields Lifestyle Estate
What a **** Balwin is!!!! The Polofields Lifestyle Estate is just exactly what a **** of an estate it should be. There’s consistently no power or water by the rstate and every now and again the estate managers are chopped and changed, the management of this place is a joke so make sure you think twice before buying anything from Balwin

We can confirm that power to Polofields was restored on Friday, 28 March at approximately 20:30. This after prolonged outages impacted the greater Sunninghill area and Polofields as a result of Eskom’s failing infrastructure. Legally, we cannot implement any solutions or upgrades to Eskom’s network. As the Estate receives electricity via the utility provider, any failure of their equipment or delays in response times significantly impact our ability to restore power timeously.
We are, however, not taking this matter lightly!
We assure you that both Balwin and Waterfall City Management are doing everything within our power and continue to engage with ESKOM at the highest levels to advocate faster turnaround times on repairs and more reliable service delivery to our Estate. We are also actively exploring longer-term solutions to minimise dependence on ESKOM where possible and to enhance backup systems within the Estate.
