THE JADE, PAARDEVLEI

This is about the 3rd review regarding The Jade. I have received a response from them requesting a contact number which I tried giving, but as this is a public platform, the number is not visible. I subsequently gave the owners details of The Jade, and they were to look up on their system and get the contact detail. Needless to say, to date, no phone call. Very disappointing. There is a damp issue with certain blocks of flats at The Jade, which has cost us a tenant. There is one gentleman on site who has been very helpful, but he is just the maintenance guy. We would like someone at the top to make contact to help resolve this issue, as I think it is a long term problem
