The blyde riverwalk estate

Theres power outages every two weeks,their rules are crazy.residents/or Owners are only limited to 2 visitor codes a day which means if you go to the store one/ gym/lagoon,you won't be able to go in again.The finger print system locks you out.Residents are being limited to the amount of visitors they can have in their apartments,they charge us R250 for our visitors...but when they sold us these apartment they made the lifestyle center the main focus and said wed get 2 free codes and R100 per extra...they lie about sorting out electricity issues,nothing gets done except treat residents like boarding school.Would not recommend a Baldwin property because of this experience.
