TERRIBLE DEVELOPMENT AND SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
<p>From the day we moved into the William, Fourways there have been issues! </p> <p>If it isn't for the bath leaking and flooding the entire house as they ' FORGOT ' to connect the outlet pipe. </p> <p>The entire development is shockingly build and a complete WASTE of money! I cannot believe they charge up to R 1 400 000 for such A poorly build unit!! </p> <p> </p> <p>The day we moved in we had incredibly low water pressure! ( 1.2 bars! ) </p> <p>Then after a HUGE fight they eventually installed a tiny booster pump and even now 6 months later the pressure is terrible. </p> <p> </p> <p>We have now not had any WATER or ELECTRICITY for almost 32 hours ??????? </p> <p> </p> <p>Please I urge the public NOT TO PURCHASE INTO ANY BALWIN DEVELOPMENT ! </p> <p>They are popping up fast but are cheaply built and really not worth the hassle as the HOD management are USELESS and will not help you! </p>

We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to the low water pressure in March. The development is fitted with a booster pump system and due to a valve failure the ring main was incomplete which led to the low water pressure in your unit. The valve was rectified and water pressure returned to normal.
The recent supply problem which you are referring to was due to electrical outage from Eskom on the main feed to the development. The development is in the process of fitting a generator which will prevent a repeat of this situation.
