Substandard Construction and Quality!!!

Greenpark Boksburg, Buy at your own risk. If you get a top floor DO NOT BUY!!! the sewer system stack discharges all sewer smell into your apartment. I haven't had a positive response for the past 3 years. Now pursuing this legally with NHBRC and CSOS (Another unnecessarily lengthy process). Unfortunately no one wants to buy because of this. Cheap construction with cracks (After 90 days they say it's your problem, I have a crack through shower tiles, slab, walls, might as well just build myself a new apartment if am to Repair this. I doubt the contractor is even registered given that the labour is all Mozambican. Each time I raise the snag they just close it as resolved because they don't want to spend money to fix this plumbing issue. They said it would be escalated to Wet services Engineer. Never did. There are better developers to spend your money on. Big Regret!!!
