Stss and Whitfields/Elgaru management a **** at kikuyu

This developer is a whole **** of business. First of all they are looting together with grit liaison Service providers... STSS , the reading of meters is insanely expensive, we speak around 2,5 on every month yet we forever having electric outages for more that 25hrs -3days once or twice a month.

Levies levies levies.... for sectional titles paying over 1,8 is ridiculous. We had Whitfields as an estate management who was truly horrible at teb dung to owners query.. now we have Elgaru As The Eastate Management. When was this company voted in? I can never tell ? The audacity to have a company step in as new management during a pandemic then come in with new levy charges which are more expensive then the previous service provider puzzles me. At this rate Our tenants at kikuyu are forever complaining about the poor services they are getting From the estates management & balwin as a whole... those always an issuryeigtgr complex, if not water & electricity outage It’s definitely The lack Of security measures taken..

Selling this property will be a huge challenge. I’m about to begin the process.
