If you are thinking of buying from Balwin Properties, do yourself a favour and stay away. Munyaka is a supposed smart city with the biggest Lagoon in Africa, Lmao. Lies Lies Lies!!! They are so good at advertising and all their developments have similar problems. No water for days or low water pressure, No electricity, consistent power cuts outside of loadshedding. Ypu can go more than 3 days straight without water and electricity. It's so bad. This applies to all their developments Munyaka, Kikuyi, The Reids. DO NOT FALL FOR THE ****. As if that is nit problems enough, come Elgaru into the mix. Ian, Dominique, Courtney and crew rule you and your life. They impose some stupid rules you'd swear you are renting from them, they are the landlords. Some days you will wake up with zero access to the estate, next thing you are only allowed 1 guest, then 5 then back to zero as they please. I don't even want to start on the apartments that are falling apart. Once day these things will collapse on us I swear. New developments with cracks, zero ventilation, poor workmanship. The stupid Lagoon!!! The ****en Lagoon. You'll have no water or power but the Lagoon is pumping with 24000 lights. Zero prioritization for residents and owners investments. It's a mess. Learn from all the reviews and don't make a similar mistake buy parting with your hard earned money on Balwin Properties
