SHAME ON BALWIN PROPERTIES

I am so deeply disappointed with buying a unit at the Jade through Balwin Properties - my first investment.

Balwin have built these units soo poorly and there are about 100 owners whom have been complaining about mould/dampness and structural defects which Balwin has not at all tried to rectify over 2 years.

Mr Anthony Diepenbroek & Daniel Swanepoel cannot face the music. Subcomitee constantly approaching them with delayed and inaccurate feedback and claims.

Balwin Sales team got the levies COMPLETELY wrong as well - false advertising from the start in our opinion.
