Sewage ,air pollution.
Greenpark lifestyle estate in Boksburg are not being neighbourly. They are disposing their sewage into their garden/kids park. The garden is next to the wall that separate our estate and Greenpark. Our apartments are next to the wall.
It is absolutely inhumane and evil to dispose waste/sewage next to peoples apartments. We are waking up to air pollution, undesirable pests and the disgusting sound of sewage / waste pouring into the garden. This could possibly make us sick. 🤢 It is really inhumane to treat your neighbours like this 💔💔💔 I believe they are breaching neighbours law, they are being a nuisance in how they dispose their waste.
We are human and should give each other grace, but it’s been three weeks now 😭💔🫠🫠🫠.

Our teams and the Greenpark Estate Manager have been reaching out to you on several occasions but without success. Note that the sewer line is not part of our property, but the municipality. We reported a sewer line blockage last week, which the council only attended to after five days from us lodging the report. They were on site on Friday, 6 December to unblock the line, however on Monday, 9 December we again received complaints which were escalated over the past weeks, with no feedback from the responsible party. Workmen are however on scene currently, and we expect the matter to be resolved within the next couple of hours.
