Security bad service an no respond from the office when reported.

Security company currently at The Blyde, Riverwk eystae has a very bad service. I have reported noice an hour ago and this is not the 1st time this has happened. I have also reported them to their manager an still nothing is being done. This is an ongoing thing an i don't understand whats the use of them being there if they never attend to queries when reported. Can something please be done.
