Security an estate manager

I'm so dissaponted in the level of service provided by the current estate manager Kayla. First we have complained about new pin code service not working an she had not done anything instead she provided email of which I have not received feedback or help for past 2 weeks. 2ndly the security in question is friend with one of the tenants here an I'm sure she gives them best service. Lady security with dreads. Her attitude is very poor an doesn't treat everyone equal. Kayla never attends to calls. An i believe as an estate manager you have to be available at all times. Male securities iv never encountered any problems. I have reported pin problems an she has not bothered to ask if we sorted. Previous estate managers were very helpful but this one the only thing she does is send u from piller to strength. Wynand and the one before were very helpful regardless the day or time, we always recieved help
