Rude security guard

This is specifically for Greenlee Eco Estate in Linbro Park. But I can’t find the estate directly.

They have very rude security guards at the gate. One guy literally walked out on my friend who needed assistance with the entrance code because “he spoke too fast and he’s not a machine”. That caused traffic at the gate as while he’s throwing a tantrum, other cars needed to get in and he was refusing to do his job and assist.
