Balwin refused to return my reservation fee when I decided not to purchase the property I was initially interested in. Due to financial changes I could not accept a long term bond knowing that I would not be able to afford the bond from 2023 onwards and they refused to return my reservation fee when I had informed them of this. They wanted me to accept a bond application knowing I couldn't afford it. They refused to help me. I've lost 10k.... pathetic and no way out once you're in. Think twice with this business their lack of encouragement for healthy long term decisions is shocking. They will never care about your financial situation even after you've made it clear. They will want you to see things through even if you go into debt.

I was even told that commissions were paid from m6 reservation fee even though it was for water and electricity activation + levies and rates once I purchased the property. My money was used even before i purchased anything from them.

Rather save up for a bond and transfer fee the purchase an existing property. Don't let anyone take advantage of you. I feel completely ****** and take advantage off. I should have the the right withdraw from a process as a purchaser.
