Rental Deposit Still Not Refunded After 3 Months

Moved out 1 June 2026 and as of 2 September 2026 I have still not received my rental deposit from Balwin at the Cambridge. Three months is far too long to wait for a rental deposit. Internal issues should not become the tenant’s problem especially considering how aggressive the communication becomes when roles are reversed.
