What are the protocols adhered to when it comes to individuals that are police or posses as police when they demand to enter the complex? Do you call the resident for the code or you just open?

She told us they just open, shocking... Definitely moving out next month, Balwin you are a disgrace,

Mooikloof Eco Estate people come and they jus open the gate, I'm telling the whole complex, residents are not safe they must all move out
