Poor quality estates

Oh my word! I moved to De Zicht estate, part of Cape Town Balwin properties in December and the first 6 months were rosey. Gym, restaurant and swimming pool facilities are so convenient. However, the last 2 months have been a complete mess!

Electricity is out every 2 seconds which requires electricians onsite. Burst water pipes every other day which leaves us without water. WiFi outages. One moment you're on a prepaid system for water and electricity and the next you're not. I was looking to purchase a property at the new De Aan-Zicht but I’m honestly reconsidering. Balwin and De zicht need to get their affairs in order. Seriously.
