Please do not purchase Balwin Properties The Reid

I recently purchased a townhouse in a complex called The Reid built by Balwin Properties. Balwin staff were dishonest about the monthly costs that I would have to pay. Now on my bill I see lots of additional charges even though I specifically asked the Balwin representative up front about the charges I should expect. Then the electricity and water charges for common areas in the complex are astronomical. I am now paying R 800 for electricity and water for a 1 bedroom unit with one occupant.
