Outstanding Deposit refund

Had a good experience until now when I had to get my deposit refund. Had to fill in the deposit refund form 3 times because of the errors that were constantly on the form and am still waiting for my refund 46 days later. No one wants to give answers as to why my refund is delaying and to whom I can escalate this.
