I am so disappointed with Balwin they don't live up to their name, Quality to them is the issue of the past, they chase profit only, when I buy I thought the package comes with peace of mind and I was lying to myself, I reported cracks issues I experience they come and repair and cracks keep on showing , the very same crack and when I report I am told to get a person to fix them at my own cost, the cracks they failed to repair, They don't give a damn about their clients, I bought at Munyaka , they call it a smart city and there's nothing smart about it, when you go to lifestyle , there is no wifi except for a lagon that water level keeps on shrinking. the cracks are Art on their walls, inside and outside, I am talking about above 2M apartments . when it rain I am unable to walk out the door due to waterfalling down my door and when I report I was told "UNFORTUNATELY IS THE DESIGN PROBLEM" . Meaning I have to live with problem forever . when owners from the upper apartment wash their carpets or use water , the water falls down my patio and again the response is "UNFORTUNATELY IS THE DESIGN PROBLE" IF YOU LOVE PEACE OF MIND STAY AWAY FROM Balwin Properties. I don't where to go to get help with their decaying walls in my apartment. NOT even GORVENMENT RDPs are in the state my apartment is. THEY SELL LIES. BALWIN PLEASE COME FIX YOUR DECAYING WALLS.
