MOULD AT THE JADE PAARDEVLEI DUE TO BALWIN BUILD

I have a unit at 185 Jade and this is the 3rd time in 2 Years I will be snagging my unit for terrible mould. This is my first property every bought and what a massive structural disappointment. We have gone as far as getting engineer reports as evidence to support the defects at this complex.

Imagine how tired I am of this complex when I am giving my own asset negative publicity!!

Today (19.08.2021) I spoke with your site Manager Ruan and he will send me Vincent's number (regional Manager) to escalate. Balwin are starting to refuse to fix these issues again and are still blaming tenants for not ventilating. Tenants are Ventilating daily. People are keeping proof. We do not know what more to do. We have built a massive unit list with Mould at the Jade and we would like to submit this.

I would love STEVE BROOKES email address to hear what he as a leader in the industry is doing about this.

An interesting fact, the mould ALWAYS returns in the same spots in a unit pointing to the fact that those are the spots where the walls and cavity areas are problems, water leakage seeping in, where the cracks keep appearing, causing the continued mould. This is a structural defect, This is not a ventilation issue.

My tennant is now permanenting leaving because of the mould they have to deal with, amongst other things.
