Modderfontein Eco Estate no so great

<p>Lol i dont even know where to start, I just feel so dumb for having bought here. I bought my first property from Balwin's Modderfontein Eco Estate and it is a nightmare because i'm convinced that I could have done better for my family. I was renting at Acacia before this and I must say that Acacia is great.. I keep thinking that it must have been before Balwin got greedy.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This one they call Eco Estate is so low cost, the eco thing was just taken too far. I am not referring to the one drawer in the kitchen (i saw that before buying) - I am talking about knowing when the resident on top of your apartment is peeing, flushing, closing the toilet seat and washing their hands. I understand that there are some things you sign away when getting an apartment but I am comparing my experience when I was at Acacia to here and I wish I had bought there instead, not gunning for brand new. And how I miss the built in braai at Acacia. But anyway, reality is Acacia had good sound insulation, this place is like made of plastic. First disappointment was that my parking was not where the sales agent said it'd be,, then inside the house things are just not as cute as the showhouse you were shown. First i had to flush poo in the one bathroom, found it there, cubboard feet standing skew, and there is horrible condensation happening inside on the windows everyday,, like water literally dripping down the floor everyday. So not looking forward to the mould that might result from this.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thought it a pity that we dont have property reviewers so also sharing my experience for those considering to buy. I bought here but already considering to move out. The experience is just yuck :-( And the people seemed ***** too. Friendly when you are about to buy but turn almost angry if you indicate doubt just before buying or afterward. </p> <p>Lol let me catch some sleep before someone flushes their toilet again.</p>
