Balwin overrules residents and implements changes as they please.Their tiny backup generator constantly trips or runs out of diesel, yet we are billed multiple times. It is charged on levies, units are deducted during power cuts, and deductions hit when buying prepaid power. I bought R500 of electricity and received just 18 units after a sudden 30kWh drop.They have a generator expense of R90,000 over two months but charged tenants R290,000. They are *****ing from us, hiding behind meetings, and dancing around the important questions. There is zero transparency—just a bunch of blood-sucking vampires. I will never recommend a Balwin property.
