Meerkat utilities ****ming Polofield’s residents

Balwin properties doesn’t protect their investors and home owners from their closely al**** utilities company Meerkat Utilities they are constantly overcharging residents and residents have each signed petitions and send complaints to the estate manager yet meerkat allows for charges of a single person living in a penthouse unit to have R3,5k in utility bills from meerkat, I personally was away left my apartment with 450 rand worth of units left for 10 days with the place unattended and came back to -07,9 negative balance this is what you get if you live in waterfall in a Balwin properties estate. They allow Meerkat to rob you each month with unjustified billing and poor service and no understanding of how the amount came to be. P
