Manager trespassing on my property without my consent & and they're attempting to try bully a professional in his very own profession making outrageous, unfounded statements. Enough is enough

I have recently experienced the most unprofessional service I've come across. One of their staff members who is supposed to be a "manager" trespassed into my property without my consent. They did not try to reach out and ask for consent either. And then this person began to take photos and tried to manipulate the situation to suite them to try get away from fixing what it thought to be a leak at their cost. Firstly, they have some guy who has no credibility to even be in a position to make a decision about leaks because he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about, and clearly acts like a ***boy trying to bully their owners of the apartments. I'm not a tenant, I own my apartment. And the irony, as a structural engineer myself who has worked waterproofing stadiums worldwide now has to waist my breath to entertain this outrageous unprofessional approach. I am 100% putting my apartment and will never purchase into balwin again and will make it a mission to get their market share reduced in this already crumbling economy as this is not the first encounter I have had with them being unruly. I will be taking this up further to make this will never happen again.
