Like living in a shack

I am currently renting at The William. I have a 1 bed, 1 bath, so I'm on the very top floor & I have a corner unit. When it rains, it literally feels like I'm living in a shack because the roof is tin. The noise gets so loud, you can't sleep. If it begins to rain in the middle of the night, you are woken up by the noise. It's the worst thing. One would think, living in a Balwin estate, they would have proper roofing, for the price you pay, yet it's so cheaply built. I've also noticed, the floors are uneven and I had to put cardboard under my TV stand, my bed sifestand and the existing fridge, to ensure it stays stable. When it rains, there are places along the route to my house, where water stands and we can't pass. No proper drainage. So glad I did not buy a Balwin. & literally counting down until I move out of here.
