Lies, lies and more lies

Im an owner at one of your apartments at The Blyde Riverwalk Estate, I have raised a number of issues with the estate manager which has fallen on deaf ears. we had a triathlon last year which my friends and I took part in, we ultimately won gold medals and we were promised by the organisers that we will have our prices sent to my address in two weeks time, this happened last year and as I send this, I have still not received any prize, I explained to the estate manager that its not about the prize, its about the principle, don't lie to me and say you will do something, then you don't do it. I have sent them proof of us winning yet nothing has been done, if I cant trust you on the small things, I wont trust you on the big things, fix this mess.
