Leakage for 4 years and never resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have got a problem with the leakage in my main bath room ceiling for 4 years and it’s never resolved, Balwin has come to fix it for like 8 or 9 times. Every time they told me they have found the reason and it will never happen again! In this year Aug it happened again, they have send someone to come to check, and I have been told that they need to find the actual reason and ask me to be patient and wait. I have waited for 2 months with no light in my bath room, until Oct after calling them everyday for 3days, they finally send someone to come to do the flood test and finally find the actually reason for the leak as they said, also promised to fix it ASAP, after phoning them 4 or 5 times. I then went on for holiday, before that they have come to put the light back. after I come back from holiday, thinking they have fixed the issue but the leak started again!!!!!!!!! and my bulb popped again!!!!!!! It’s like endless issue now!!!!!!!!! Clearly Balwin didn’t care and fix it!!!!!!!! It’s getting ridiculous now!!!!!!!!!!!!
