Owning a unit in KIKUYU has been a nightmare. homeowners and tenants are treated terribly, they do as they please when they please.

Dominique Botha cuts mine and the tenants' access if I am a day late on my levies payment; she does not send a notice or a letter of demand.

Simply restricts my access to the estate, which is both ******** and ******* and they think it’s okay to do so!

If this happens again, I swear I will seek a spoliation order with COSTS as well as an interdict against this ****gish employee for interfering with me and my peace!
