I‘ve received really amazing service from the Project Manager at De Aan-Zicht Apartments, Christo Niemand. His ability to organise assistance at short notice (even after hours) is amazing and shows his dedication to his work. His ‘let me see what I can do to help’ attitude has made him my first port of call when experiencing issues. Yes, we’ve had some maintenance issues at De Aan-Zicht over the almost three years at De Aan-Zicht, but having an empathetic project manager has really helped to get my issues sorted. I’ve always been assisted with efficiency, speed, and importantly, the utmost respect! Being a retired grandma, he has made my life so much easier at Balwin’s De Aan-Zicht for which I thank him!
