INTEREST EARNED ON DEPOSITS PAID TO BALWIN

I paid a two months rental deposit when I moved into Kikuyu Lifestyle Estate. I lived there for approximately two years. Upon my vacating the property I was requested to sign a refund form (to get my deposit back) with all sorts of deductions on the refund form. The refund form did not include interest earned on the deposit amount. Upon enquiring about the interest that was due to me by law, Balwin suddenly added the interest that was due to me. If I had not asked about the interest, Balwin would have pocketed the interest owed to me. I urge you to enquire about the interest earned on your deposits paid to Balwin. If they did not pay you any interest they have probably ****** the interest earned.
