Balwin properties has been providing no water on the weekends. So the high quality lifestyle that Balwin properties caters is only from a management point. They themselves cannot even ensure while working with the council that their units have water. And to top it offf, they the high quality life style company that hired ****bags like Evotel and cheap quality construction work. Pathetic!

Guess what. No one ever got back to me. Also, there is still building damages that occurs in wet weather due to waterproofing incorrectly done. (FYI We told them they were doing it wrong, but because it was quicker and cheaper they did their own thing the first time we complained. ALSO, my vehicle was vandalized at the Sandown, they couldnt help. WELL DONE
